The course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to perform internal audits, and gain confidence in planning and performing an effective audit, as well as reporting and taking corrective action where necessary.
ISO 9001 is a Quality Management System (QMS) that is designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to the product. ISO 9000 deals with the fundamentals of quality management systems.
Objective
- Understand the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 as new launch in this year.
- Understanding customer focus and continual improvement in organisations.
- Defined the audit scope, criteria, frequency, methodologies, responsibilities and requirements.
- How to carry out documentation review, interviews and site inspection during an audit.
- Be able to plan, prepare and execute integrated management system internal audit effectively.
- Develop the skills of evaluating significance of audit findings and developing appropriate corrective/preventive measure.
- Preparation of audit report.
- Accredited as a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001: 2015.


Course Completion
Participants will need to attend 100% of the course. Certificate will be awarded after successful course completion.
