It is our confidentiality policy to ensure that, all information obtained by CSS Certification Pte Ltd including its staff, auditor, subcontractors, and members in any form, whether during audit activities, certification processes, or any other interactions with an organization, shall be treated as strictly confidential.

Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the explicit consent of the organization or individual concerned, except as required by ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 or other applicable legal or regulatory frameworks.

This obligation of confidentiality extends to any external body with a legitimate authority to audit or inspect the operations of CSS Certification Pte Ltd. All parties involved are expected to uphold the highest standards of information protection and professional discretion.

If CSS Certification Pte Ltd. Did not disclose feedback & complaint which is submitted by client , regulator it will be treated as confidential.  is legally required to disclose confidential information to a third party, the client or individual concerned will be notified officially in advance of the information being released, unless such notification is prohibited by law.

In instances where an organization is found to be operating in violation of legal requirements, or engaging in practices that pose a risk to staff, customers, or the environment, CSS Certification Pte Ltd. reserves the right to report such matters directly to the appropriate regulatory authority. Any such disclosure will be made only with the explicit approval of a Director.

All records maintained by CSS Certification Pte Ltd. shall be securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel. Records may exist in either physical (paper-based) or electronic formats, with electronic records protected by appropriate password controls.

Access to records will be granted solely to parties who can demonstrate a legitimate and lawful right to view them this includes, but is not limited to, relevant Accreditation Bodies. All disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable legal and contractual obligations.

All staff, auditor, subcontractors, and directors of CSS Certification Pte Ltd. are bound by a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. Each individual is fully committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information obtained during the course of their duties and holds a shared responsibility to protect sensitive information from unauthorized disclosure.

The confidentiality policy shall be reviewed annually by top management during the management review  (MR) meeting.
